StarFissure Technologies is a small business in Windsor, Virginia providing IT services and consulting to small and medium companies and organizations throughout Hampton Roads. We specialize in cost effective, open source solutions to solve everyday and not-so-everyday IT problems. We also offer custom software design as well as website development and hosting.

Officially incorporated in 2012, StarFissure Technologies started out as an informal technology research group in 2000, and is made up of highly dedicated, passionate technology professionals. The CEO of StarFissure Technologies is Joshua Spaugh, who has over 15 years of experience in the IT field.

Drone and UAV Systems

StarFissure Technologies is excited to be involved in the Drone and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) space. Due to FAA regulations, we do not currently offer commercial flight services of our Drones and UAVs, though with new regulations on the horizon, we hope this will change, and will be immediately able to offer these types of services if it does. Currently, we offer custom-built drones and UAV systems for sale to police, fire, search and rescue, and other government agencies with a valid FAA exemption. If and when FAA regulations are relaxed to allow for commercial services, we hope to offer video, photography, and mapping services for agricultural and other sectors.
